Casting associate/coordinator needed for new reality show. Must be proficient with Excel, Word and internet savvy.

Duties will include: ensuring tapes are dubbed in a timely manner, keeping track of all tapes, DVDs, paperwork, applications, etc. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining databases with applicant info. Must be good at outreach on the internet and be able to think of creative ways to find great cast members.

POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR The Post Production Supervisor (PPS) schedules and supervises all work and deliverable criteria of the editorial staff. PPS is responsible for efficient coordination of work and encouraging precise and creative craftsmanship from the editing staff. This includes matching the best possible equipment and editing talents with each assignment with the goal of obtaining optimal results. It is also the job of the PPS to schedule and coordinate other aspects of an editorial job necessary to meet a final deliverable. This includes proper integration of graphics, overseeing onlines, and managing audio design and mix sessions. PPS will be responsible for technical accuracy of all final deliverable specifications leaving BrainBox. The PPS must have extensive knowledge of cable network technical specifications.
